ChatGPT, that popular artificial intelligence chatbot, has reached 100 million users just two months after launching.

With its latest AI language model, OpenAI is once again pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

In January alone, this artificial intelligence chatbot registered 590 MILLION visits taking human instructions to answer questions, write papers and essays, compose song lyrics, write poetry, tell jokes, generate outlines, write lines of code, suggest recipes, translate documents…..

And because ChatGPT has been trained on all of the articles written on the Internet [World Literature, eBooks, Blogs, Wikipedia] it has a massive internal mental store which can answer questions and write text on virtually any topic in any particular style.

From its original tag as a ‘highly souped-up text completer’, ChatGPT has now got so ‘worryingly good’ that Microsoft extended its multi-billion dollar partnership with OpenAI.

Microsoft new ‘Teams Premium’ will be underpinned by OpenAI GPT 3.5 to make meetings ‘more intelligent’; for example users can now turn on live translation from 40 different languages.

So we will see ChatGPT being used routinely, perhaps even integrated into Microsoft…
