I love your mom's succinct recipe card Nancy —it's the hallmark of a true pro. Reminds me of the best French cookbooks like Pelleprat, which often feature one-paragraph recipes assuming the chef knows the basics. I'm thrilled you included the complete recipe, though. Can't wait to give it a whirl.
